Apple Music has created the 100 Best Albums, a curated ranking of the finest albums in history. Collaborating with artists such as Pharrell Williams, J Balvin, Maren Morris, and Charli XCX, they developed this list. It reflects editorial opinions and does not consider streaming numbers from Apple Music or any other service.
On May 13, 2024, Apple announced the first 10 placements (91-100) of their 100 Best Albums list. They began unveiling the entire list in a daily countdown of 10 albums each day over the next 10 days. Additionally, Apple Music launched a microsite to analyze and discuss the albums.
